I once sent this email to someone on 27 December 2007. I can't remember the author. What are your thoughts?
Question: "Some people have told me that being unequally yoked is talking exclusively about marriage. Others have said that it applies also to business partnerships and other situations. Could you please expand on this? What does it mean to be unequally yoked and what type of a guideline should I have if it is okay for me to have a business partnership with a non-believer?"
Answer: This is not an easy one. It requires much study! However I'd say going into business with a non-believer is courting trouble. Unless in rare cases where you have the same values. In some cases (believers who are equally yoked have not made very good business partners) which is very sad. All things been said a believer should strive to go into a more permanent business partnership with a believer and only consider with a non-believer on a temporary business partnership. "Can two walk together unless they are agreed?"
